Here goes nothing

So, I've always told my friends that I hated blogs. I never really saw the point in them before. I thought, "online journal? why would you want anyone w/ internet access to know your private thoughts and feelings?" But recently, I've discovered that you don't have to post incredibly personal stuff. You can just sort of vent or ramble or tell people what you've been up to. So I've joined the dark side finally and started one of my own. I figure that it's sometimes nice to be able to see what someone's been doing w/ their life w/out wasting cell phone minutes. So I'm hoping that I might start keeping in touch w/ a few of my friends better if I actually continue using my blog. So I guess we'll see how it works out. Sorry if I bore anyone out there. I'm making no guarantees that I'll write anything horribly enlightening, but I'll see what I can do.
