Wedding plans, blah.

I know I haven't written for a few days now, but I'm gonna go ahead and assume that's probably how often I'll update this. Things have been really busy, unfortunately, but at least we're starting to get more stuff for the wedding done. We got our invitations on saturday and have made all our appointments for our next visits home to get stuff done. And let me tell you, these trips home are not going to be loads of fun. No, no, they're going to be marathons of showers and hair appointments and meetings w/ florists and ministers and countless other things that need to get done in kansas. Oh, and I just got my shoes for the big day and other garments that will also be worn (underneath the dress) on my way home from work today. So things are really starting to get done for this shindig. I'm starting to get more and more excited since I'll get to see my friends soon at showers and my bachelorette party. But I still think planning weddings are overrated. Some people supposedly enjoy planning these things, but I wouldn't go that far. Tiresome, yes; stressful, yes; time-consuming, yes; but enjoyable??? I'm gonna have to respectfully disagree.
