Well, Aaron's work schedule was much less strenuous this week- which is good. But instead, we got to finish up everything on the house in preparation of our get-together last night. We invited some friends over to celebrate the holidays and our final completion of painting. And we had a good time. Several people who said they were going to come didn't. But we still had a good time with those who did come. And the only casualty was one of our good glasses. Fortunately we'll be able to replace it when we go home this next weekend. Otherwise, the night was a success. Everyone claimed they liked the house and it's always fun to get to hang out with friends from work outside the center.
In other news, Aaron and I are eagerly anticipating our upcoming trip home. We'll leave here Friday after I get off work and stay in Kansas until Tuesday. Even though we were just home for Thanksgiving, it's still going to be good to spend time with our family and friends. I hope everyone has safe travels this Christmas and enjoys time with loved ones!!
